Update the submodule commit ID

Needed notably due to MR https://gitlab.eurecom.fr/mosaic5g/flexric/-/merge_requests/74. But also, in the meantime, the MR https://gitlab.eurecom.fr/mosaic5g/flexric/-/merge_requests/73 was merged, with the goal of reducing compilation warnings in the "Release" build.
