- Remove the "oxgrf_tx_thread" flag. In the configuration file, only use "usrp_tx_thread", which serves as both the USRP flag and the OXGRF flag.
- Remove "oxgrf-args" and use "usrp-args" as the command-line parameter.
- Fix the build_helper.
- Remove the code that is commented out with "#if 0".
- Remove the unimplemented functions.
- Delete rf_helper.h and move the functions in this file to oxgrf_lib.c.
